HomeEd Made Simple

Website and resource terms

Simple terms for using HomeEd Made Simple and its free learning resources. Last updated: 5 September 2026.

About the service

HomeEd Made Simple currently provides parent-led educational resources and interest lists for planned community, meet-up and tutor services. It is not currently a school, childcare provider, tutoring agency or awarding body, and its resources do not replace legal, medical, safeguarding or specialist educational advice.

Parent responsibility

You decide whether each activity is suitable for your child. An adult should supervise practical, physical and online activities, adapt them for individual needs, and check current home-education duties and guidance relevant to the family.

Permitted use

You may download and print resources for personal use within your own household. You may not resell, republish, upload, redistribute or remove branding from the resources without written permission. All website and resource content remains owned by HomeEd Made Simple or its licensors.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep resources useful and accurate, but content and availability may change. Free downloads are provided without a promise that every activity will suit every learner or produce a particular educational outcome.

Planned meet-ups and tutor services

Community events, tutor profiles and tutoring bookings shown as planned, in development or coming soon are not yet available. Joining an interest list does not guarantee a place, listing, booking, employment opportunity or launch date. Separate booking terms, safeguarding information and any applicable charges will be provided before those services begin.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, HomeEd Made Simple is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of free resources. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
